How long does the process take?
After the prep and paperwork, the actual foundation restoration usually takes 1-2 weeks.
Can I remain in my house during the repair?
Yes! However, any foundation restoration can be disruptive to your normal day. We’ll do our best to minimize the impact.
Will my foundation settle again?
We’ve never had it happen in the area we repaired. In the rare occurrence your foundation does settle again, we’ll fix it free of charge as a part of our lifetime warranty.
Do I need a permit for any of this?
Yes. Permits are an essential part of your project, no matter the size. We navigate the permitting process as part of our service to you.
Is foundation repair expensive?
Every restoration is different, so the cost varies. Generally it’s comparable to the cost of a kitchen remodel. While it’s not nearly as attractive to show your friends, it’s much more important to the structural integrity of your home.
Will you guys clean up after each day?
